Taking Cover
While the lesson this week is about all kinds of covers, I just couldn’t bring myself to add a cute mask to the “covering up” situation we are in at the moment. Frankly, I am ready to throw my mask away!
I decided to go a more fun route for the activity sheet. Three years ago I created a story about a mouse. It was a mouse that found it’s way into a house…OUR house in Maine! I do think mice are cute as long as they stay outside and never enter a human house. I had a great time creating this coloring story for my grandkids. Our little mouse tried to take cover everywhere! It’s actually a very true story, minus the part about me making the mouse a “mouse house”! If your kids want to color more than what I have offered in the activity sheet, then the Mouse House is available to purchase ($5.00) in my shop. It is a whole story that can be read and colored. There is even a lesson to be learned from it!
